22 magnum upgrade July 22, 2025 Reviewer: Chris from Elkhart, IN United States   Very good option here. The accuracy is excellent. I should have held out for the fluted version. At first there seemed to be a bit of a feeding issue but after I got to about 100 rounds it was gone.  I really wish this company would offer a barrel in 17 HMR. I'm new to doing any kind of modifications to my guns and the barrel did not immediately fit. Happy New Acculite Owner! February 11, 2022 Reviewer: Starsky from Encinitas, CA United States   Thanks for a great product and fast shipping!  The barrel installed and sighted flawlessly and shoots very accurately - at least as well as my OEM CZ Varmint barrel so far.  Not a single malfunction or ammo issue with the Bentz chamber.  The extreme weight difference of the 16.5" barrel really transformed my rifle into a much more carry-able and balanced weapon that is a pleasure to shoot offhand for an entire session.  I'm happy that the barrels are offered in the three different calibers for the 457, and I eventually hope to have one of each.  It looks tough with a .920" matte black compensator since the O/S of the crown is not radiused and it mates seamlessly with the compensator. Exactly What I Expected November 22, 2021 Reviewer: Erik Reynolds from Longwood, FL United States   I purchased the 16.5" 22LR barrel for my CZ 457 American-Synthetic for a light and handy little plinker...and host for forthcoming suppressor.  It took less than 10 minutes to have it installed.  The shank length matched the factory barrel and inserted into the receiver snugly but did not require any persuasion or sanding.  Feeding has been flawless.  I've only been shooting it offhand so I cannot speak to the accuracy.  I  am planning to purchase a 17HM2 soon. I am very pleased with the product, the email communication, and the whole experience. Was this review helpful to you?
