My build is a pure custom build so I needed the locking mechanism to go with the acculite barrel. The mechanism fit perfectly and has a very solid lockup. I had no problem setting the barrel in the houge over molded thumhole takedown stock. The fore end fit perfectly and has the proper gap and lineup.

Awesome product and outstanding customer service which is harder and harder to find these days. Upon ordering i was contacted by Louis who noticed I had accidentally ordered the standard barrel with takedown mechanism instead of the takedown barrel. He reached out to verify and we had the issue corrected and barrel shipped later that day. Any other company would have shipped the wrong barrel and dealt with it later.
